Single-storey extension in Milton Keynes

Our clients had always liked the area and so moved to this house, which they saw had the potential to give them what they wanted. And what they had always wanted was this- a space to wow, entertain and live in. The space created is absolutely incredible, and all credit to the clients for having the drive and the imagination to create such a wonderful space.

Even though I cannot divulge the final building cost, I was surprised that it wasn’t more. I think it is a good case of the 'economy of scale' rule. Also, with this project, most of the work was effectively outside the existing building envelope, and new is always easier to manage cost wise than alterations or refurbishment.
