Our clients had been looking for some professional designers to help with the design of a rear extension, they searched the internet for architects and architectural designers when they came across our website. They hoped to create some extra floor space so that they could have an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living space.

We were happy to oblige and prepare the initial designs in the feasibility scheme stage, and then the more technical plans necessary for Building Regulations Approval. As projects go it was quite a simple one but nonetheless, it must have made such a big difference to how our clients live in their houses.

Our client's requirements were pretty standard, and it’s surprising that so few houses on the market offer such accommodation. From what we are told, if you have a house like this with a well-designed open-plan kitchen/entertaining space, it will usually sell very quickly.
