Housing Upgrade in Chobham

Our developer clients asked us to prepare a scheme to update an existing 3 bedroomed ex-council house and also create a new house in the ample garden to the side. After a few iterations, the scheme was agreed and following a successful planning application, the houses are now on the market. This is our small contribution to the housing shortage and a significant increase to our client's portfolio.
