Stony Stratford Extension

Our client wanted more living/dining accommodation on the rear of this lovely Victorian terraced house in a conservation area. Building Tectonics designed a simple but effective single storey extension retaining the connection between the house and the garden with large folding sliding doors. Rooflight windows also ensure that plenty of light floods the space. The extension also provides a new utility and cloakroom.
