Chalet conversion in Chobham

Our developer clients asked us to prepare a feasibility study to create a four-bedroom chalet out of a small bungalow. The 1950s bungalow was very dated in layout, style and décor and so we were at liberty to suggest a quite radical solution.  The clients had also suggested extending at the back to create a larger footprint.  The chalet is now on the market and a huge amount of interest has been shown.
