We believe that the way a project starts dictates whether it is ultimately a success or failure. It is important to have fixed the scheme prior to embarking on subsequent stages. At our initial meeting we listen to our clients objectives and following this, over the next week or two, produce our preliminary schemes. Often this generates further dialogue or ideas which in turn form the basis of amendments or further schemes. Once the client is satisfied with a scheme we normally make informal inquiries at the local planning department. Any comments made can be then factored in prior to making a formal planning application.

The reason so many of our projects get successfully completed is because we take care to consider the requirements but also use our experience to ensure that what is proposed is realistic.
