Once a scheme has been agreed, we can give a client a fixed fee quote for our services and, since great care has been taken in developing the scheme, the client should only have to pay us for what we have quoted for.
Once a client has accepted our quotation and given the go ahead, we would send the client an invoice for stage 1. This will also list for information, the future stages and payments to us.
Because the unforeseen sometimes happens, we make it clear that a client can cancel at any stage and that all we charge for is that stage we have commenced.
We try to inform the client of all other fees too such as local authority application fees, Party wall fees, Structural Engineers fees and Project safety supervisor fees. Wherever possible we can obtain quotations on behalf of the client if requested.
