We were asked to create a bedroom in the roof space of a very small bed sit bungalow in Milton Keynes.
Because of its size and attachment to surrounding houses it proved quite a challenge.
The building work was carried out by Ms Nicholls brother, who has carried out many successful loft conversions before.
It has proved very successful and is likely to be the model for many similar projects in the future.
