We design one off premium houses for individual clients including self build, as well as house types for developers.
Although we have an extensive library of house types to call upon, we believe that a building should be designed for a given site so as to maximize the individual nature of the site. Considerations such as view, access, aspect and topography should be regarded as paramount. Local architectural style should also play its part in deriving the design if it is to fit comfortably in its surroundings.
No matter how well a building is designed, the following stages have to be managed to ensure the end result lives up to the dream.
