Mr & Mrs Glean needed a new bedroom in their loft. We developed a strategy and scheme for a loft conversion, taking into account access, the structural implications, the requirements of the building regulations and of course the budget.
There are many examples of poor loft conversions around. They are in many respects quite difficult in that a balance has to be drawn up to achieve an acceptable space and yet comply with the regulations. New houses usually have a different set of problems from old houses; they both pose their difficulties.
