Our client bought this modest 40 year old bungalow in Aspley Guise with the intention of enlarging and refitting it to create a magnificent family home.
A scheme was derived that allowed the work to be carried out without wholesale demolition and indeed the family lived there while the work took place.
Eight months later the house was complete. A few years later, and the garden was also hewn to perfection.
Great care and attention to the clients requirements but with an eye to the practical is what is required to achieve this type of result.
