Our clients wanted a sun room attached to the rear of their house that would be light and airy, allow the occupants to feel connected with the garden and yet be usable all the year round, which ruled out a conventional conservatory.
They also required a workshop for rebuilding antique tractors. This involved the construction of a structure that could be used to hoist heavy engines and a workshop suitable for everything from panel beating to precision engineering.
The whole development allowed him and his wife to continue living there and also engage in their retirement hobbies.
